I'm unable to book appointments.

Q: The clinic booking system is not allowing me to book appointments. What should I do?

A: 

• Please ensure when on the clinic attendance you have the filters set correctly. 

• Check if you still have hours available to book:

• "CLINIC NOT YET OPEN FOR BOOKING" - It is likely t the session day being reserved for the class. The class may not of started yet. You will just have to keep checking the day for when the sessions are released. 

• "Client booking slot available but unbookable" - Ensure you are booked on to the clinic first. If this does not solve the issue please contact your Director of Studies.

• If you are unable to book due to access issues to the website contact student services on 01342 410 505 

• If the issue is technical please contact IT either be email websites@naturopathy-uk.com or  via phone at 01342306266, Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm GMT.
