Cannot pay via link

Q: I’m unable to pay for my clinic appointment using the payment link (my card keeps getting declined, the form won't submit, etc.). What should I do?


A: Due to new regulations, some banks may block payments processed through WorldPay. If your card continues to decline, please contact our Accounts team at 01342 306270 or by email at accounts@naturopathy-uk.com . They are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT.
